The details you enter in the request form: your name, company, email address, country of residence, preferred language and contact method, and your property request (type, area, size, budget, timing, purpose and any notes).

Only to introduce you to partner licensed real estate companies that fit your request, and to answer your questions.
3. Sharing with partner companies
With the consent you give when sending the form, we share your request and contact details with partner licensed real estate companies in Japan that fit it. They use it only to follow up on your request. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. Services we use
We use outside services to receive form submissions and handle email, so your information may be stored on servers outside Japan.
5. Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose above, delete it when it is no longer needed, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
